These terms govern your use of ProMatchTips. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them, so please read them carefully.

1. What ProMatchTips is — and is not

ProMatchTips is an editorial information service. We publish football betting tips, analysis and a transparent record of how those tips have performed. We are not a bookmaker or gambling operator: we do not accept, place, or broker bets, we do not handle stakes or winnings, and nothing on this site is an invitation to bet with us. Whether you place any bet, with whom, and for how much is entirely your own decision, made with a licensed bookmaker of your choosing.

Our content is opinion and analysis, not fact or financial advice. Odds shown on the site are indicative, sourced from third parties, and may differ from what your bookmaker offers at the time you bet.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use ProMatchTips. By creating an account you confirm that you are 18 or over and that using the service (and gambling generally) is legal where you live. See our 18+ policy.

3. Your account

• Provide accurate registration details and keep them up to date.
• Keep your password confidential — you are responsible for activity on your account.
• One account per person; accounts are personal and non-transferable.
• You can delete your account at any time from your Account page. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms.

4. Subscriptions and billing

• Paid plans (currently Starter and Pro) are monthly subscriptions billed in advance at the price shown at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.
• Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your Account page — you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for, and no further payments are taken.
• If we change a plan's price we will give you notice by email before the new price takes effect, so you can cancel first if you wish.
• Because the service gives you immediate access to digital content, refunds for a started billing period are not normally given — but nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights.

5. Using our content

Tips, analysis and other content are for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not republish, resell, scrape, or systematically share subscriber-only content — including posting picks to groups, channels or other websites. All content and branding remain our intellectual property.

6. No guarantees — betting involves risk

Betting on football is inherently uncertain. We do not guarantee profits, and past performance — including our published track record — is no indication of future results. You should never bet money you cannot afford to lose. If gambling stops being fun, help is available: see our responsible gambling page.

7. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from bets you choose to place, from decisions made in reliance on our content, or from interruptions or errors in the service. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability to you is limited to the subscription fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded (such as for fraud).

8. Changes to the service or these terms

We may update the service and these terms from time to time. For significant changes we will give notice on the site or by email; the "last updated" date above always reflects the current version. Continuing to use the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales — without limiting any mandatory consumer protections of the country you live in.
