Alexander Isak looks like a strong anytime goalscorer pick for Liverpool’s Champions League opener against Atlético Madrid. The Swedish striker has already shown his goalscoring instincts this season, scoring twice in Liverpool’s 2–0 win over Ipswich, and he is expected to lead the line again at Anfield. Liverpool have scored twice in each of their first three Premier League games, while Atlético have shown some defensive vulnerability early in the season. With Liverpool expected to create plenty of chances at home, Isak to score is a very attractive selection.
